In this class our teacher showed us the different kinds of layouts which are present in magazines an the newspaper , brochures etc. We discussed the master page which is present in all the magazines and newspaper , sir explained us the various font styles , we also learnt about character style and paragraph style which is used in magazines .

The character style and the paragraph style is used when we have to use the same font and size in different areas which are applied in the master page . We were also shown how to drop cap a letter or a word in the text .

After this we were told to copy the layout from a magazine and understand its different kinds of layouts and how the photos and the texts are aligned , we were also told to use character style and paragraph style .

In this class i learnt about creating layouts of magazines and also understood the different kinds of styles which are used in forming the different kinds of pages in newspapers and magazines . Overall I had fun creating layouts .
