FACULTY – MS.KANIKA
This week we had to present our first draft of the chapters which we had written on our imaginative city .
I had finished most of my chapters , I just had to add some lines to my starting 3 chapters as the word limit was 250 to 300 words . My faculty liked my story as i had divided my chapters on the basis of 5 to 6 main elements which form the crucks of my imaginary city . I divided my chapters into certain elements to avoid certain repetitions of words and elements .
The elements in my chapters were :
- the people in my city
- the interior
- the exterior
- the skateboard aspect
- adventure aspect
- reflection of my city
I opted to write in form of individual form than a story , because according to me my city did not require any form of story because it was based on an adventure aspect . So , reading calvino ( invisible cities ) helped to write in such form and also helped to write in certain ways and styles . I tried my best to engage the audience to read my story .
