In our first class we were introduced to human figures and were told to make human sketches by just using the stick figures . Then we were given a task of making live human sketches and present each one of them in 5-7 minutes . Through the assignment we had to learn time management which means each human sketch should take us upto 5 minutes . So, we were divided into different groups and were told to make live sketches of the people in the group , where we could use different objects .
After the live sketching sessions we were given other assignments to do at home which included 20 human sketches and 5 night and 5 day compositions which were to click and then sketch it in the form of a composition and then render it .
Overall my first class was really great and i got to learn alot from the class . I got to learn about the backgrounds which are depicting day and night only by pencil shading and rendering . Above the images show stick figures which helped to get the proper measurement for the human body and there are object sketches , lastly there are two composition depicting daya nd night .
